近日,從廣西(xi)壯族自治區交通運輸廳獲悉,由廣西(xi)路建(jian)集團申(shen)(shen)報的7個項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)通過2021年(nian)度(du)廣西(xi)交通運輸行業重點(dian)科(ke)技(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)清單(dan)立項(xiang)(xiang),其中作為牽頭單(dan)位(wei)申(shen)(shen)報的項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)有3項(xiang)(xiang),作為參與單(dan)位(wei)申(shen)(shen)報的項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)有4項(xiang)(xiang)。
廣(guang)西路(lu)建集(ji)團牽頭(tou)申報的《多固廢(fei)協同激發拜(bai)耳法赤泥規模(mo)化(hua)路(lu)用(yong)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)及(ji)應用(yong)示范》《濱海(hai)地區機制(zhi)砂海(hai)工混凝土耐久性(xing)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)與工程應用(yong)示范》和《軟基高(gao)地下水(shui)位跨黎欽鐵路(lu)260m鋼(gang)管混凝土拱(gong)整體提升(sheng)關(guan)鍵(jian)施工技(ji)術(shu)與工程應用(yong)》等(deng)(deng)3個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),以及(ji)參與申報的《公路(lu)軟弱圍巖隧道施工誘災機理及(ji)智(zhi)能監控(kong)研究(jiu)》《隧道圍巖支護體系荷載優化(hua)調節關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)》《工業固廢(fei)地聚物基泡沫輕質混凝土高(gao)路(lu)基設計及(ji)施工關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)》《環保型高(gao)亮度隧道內抗滑面(mian)層修(xiu)筑技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)》等(deng)(deng)4個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),其(qi)中《多固廢(fei)協同激發拜(bai)耳法赤泥規模(mo)化(hua)路(lu)用(yong)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)及(ji)應用(yong)示范》被廣(guang)西壯族自(zi)治區交(jiao)通(tong)運輸廳(ting)推薦申報交(jiao)通(tong)運輸部(bu)2021年度交(jiao)通(tong)運輸行業重點科技(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)清單。
《多固廢協(xie)(xie)同激(ji)發拜耳法赤(chi)泥規模(mo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)路(lu)用(yong)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術及(ji)應用(yong)示范》:圍繞廣西(xi)地區工業固廢赤(chi)泥資源(yuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)利(li)用(yong)和山區高(gao)填方路(lu)堤穩定(ding)性(xing)兩大難(nan)題(ti),開展工業固廢協(xie)(xie)同激(ji)發赤(chi)泥規模(mo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)路(lu)用(yong)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術研(yan)究,并將(jiang)其應用(yong)于山區高(gao)填方路(lu)基工程中(zhong),真正實現(xian)赤(chi)泥資源(yuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高(gao)值化(hua)(hua)(hua)及(ji)規模(mo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)利(li)用(yong)。通(tong)過(guo)本項目(mu)的(de)研(yan)究,既可以實現(xian)大規模(mo)消納(na)、利(li)用(yong)赤(chi)泥,消除由赤(chi)泥堆存帶(dai)來的(de)生態環(huan)境(jing)隱患,又可以解決(jue)因傳統輕質材(cai)料中(zhong)大量使用(yong)水泥帶(dai)來的(de)高(gao)污染、高(gao)能耗等問題(ti),具有極(ji)大的(de)社會及(ji)經(jing)濟效益。
《濱海(hai)(hai)地區(qu)機制(zhi)(zhi)砂(sha)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)耐(nai)久性(xing)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)與工(gong)(gong)程應(ying)用示(shi)范》:針對(dui)廣(guang)西濱海(hai)(hai)地區(qu)氯鹽環(huan)境下(xia)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)結構(gou)(gou)劣化和耐(nai)久性(xing)下(xia)降(jiang)的因素(su)及其影響機理,開展不同巖性(xing)機制(zhi)(zhi)砂(sha)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)配制(zhi)(zhi)及施工(gong)(gong)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)研究與應(ying)用;得到機制(zhi)(zhi)砂(sha)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)膠凝(ning)(ning)(ning)材材料(liao)體(ti)系設(she)計(ji)與配制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)和機制(zhi)(zhi)砂(sha)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)標準。通(tong)過該項目的研究、推廣(guang)和實施,可顯(xian)著提高濱海(hai)(hai)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)結構(gou)(gou)受力可靠性(xing)和耐(nai)久性(xing),降(jiang)低全生命周期材料(liao)用量(liang)(liang)和養(yang)護成本(ben)。預計(ji)年(nian)產量(liang)(liang)為(wei)40萬(wan)噸,預計(ji)年(nian)新增產值達到6000萬(wan)元左右(you),年(nian)直(zhi)接經濟效(xiao)益(yi)2000萬(wan)元。
《軟基高(gao)地(di)下(xia)水位(wei)跨黎欽鐵路260m鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)混凝(ning)土拱(gong)整體(ti)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)關鍵(jian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)與工(gong)(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用(yong)》:為保證南寧-湛江公路黎欽鐵路跨線(xian)橋的(de)(de)(de)順利施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),開展泥質粉砂巖、高(gao)地(di)下(xia)水位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)沉井基礎的(de)(de)(de)快速施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究(jiu)(jiu);標(biao)準(zhun)化H型鋼(gang)(gang)塔架的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)及(ji)安裝的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究(jiu)(jiu);標(biao)準(zhun)化H型鋼(gang)(gang)少(shao)支架結(jie)構、低位(wei)高(gao)精度(du)立體(ti)拼裝技(ji)術(shu)(shu);鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)拱(gong)肋的(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)及(ji)其內力、應(ying)(ying)變控制技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究(jiu)(jiu)和應(ying)(ying)用(yong)。本項目研究(jiu)(jiu)大噸位(wei)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)混凝(ning)土拱(gong)橋整體(ti)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中的(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)問(wen)題,與纜(lan)索吊(diao)裝施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)法相比可降低10-20%的(de)(de)(de)臨(lin)時措施(shi)(shi)費(fei);其研究(jiu)(jiu)成果對于提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)廣西公路橋梁的(de)(de)(de)建設和科(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)新水平具有重要意義,將產生巨大的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)帶動效(xiao)應(ying)(ying)和經(jing)濟社(she)會效(xiao)益。
此次(ci)以廣(guang)西路建集(ji)團7個項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)獲廣(guang)西交通運輸(shu)廳重(zhong)點(dian)科(ke)技項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)立項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),證明廣(guang)西路建集(ji)團科(ke)技實力(li)已(yi)不斷增強,科(ke)研能力(li)得到了業(ye)界(jie)的認可(ke),為廣(guang)西路建集(ji)團進一(yi)步申報更多的科(ke)技項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)奠定了堅強基礎。
